When HG was approached to fit out one of Sydney’s best non-surgical cosmetic clinics, we looked forward to create a unique and plush environment that suited the level of clientele that would visit the clinic as well as the exacting standards of the owners.

Located within “The Fountain”, an architecturally restored heritage building in Alexandria, Sydney, we were faced with an empty warehouse building with exposed walls and high ceilings.

These sorts of areas are often difficult to decorate due to their generosity of space and ‘hard’ industrial-style materials.
Using their clients chosen brand colours, HG set about designing custom made rugs and designer furniture for treatment rooms. These included cabinetry for storage, as well as cabinetry for their office, kitchen and patient waiting rooms. All of this was made to order and we used materials that complemented both their heavy use and decorative requirements.

Additionally, seating was required in the form of kitchen stools,
office chairs and plush lounge chairs for the reception area. Side tables and coffee tables were chosen to complement these and custom-made ottomans were also arranged in different finishes to suit different rooms and purposes.

We also arranged suitable artworks and the final touches were added with over-sized pots from Italy that added warmth and volume to what initially was an overwhelming space.
The project required modern furnishings and surrounds that reflected the symmetry and proportions of the industry, whilst creating an aesthetic that ensured privacy and suitable areas for post treatment support.

Homeware Gallery worked along side architects and the owners in the creation of a space that is relaxed and discreet with a designer edge.
