Pantone announced the 2017 Colour of the year to be greenery. This colour brings to mind the sense of nature and calmness. You can easily incorporate this colour into your space with out just the use of plants and art or accessories. There are many furnishings that you could use that won’t appear too dramatic or take away focus from other parts of your space.

So, to get some green on your scene here are some products that will help revive, restore and renew your interiors and exteriors.

The Osso designed by Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec was inspired by Mattiazzi’s philosophy and hybrid way to consider furniture production. Mattiazzi sets targets in order to satisfy a defined and challenging list of sustainable aims: No emissions (volatile organic compounds) into the atmosphere No hazardous waste No landfill waste Total use of 100% clean energy 100% of the company-owned buildings with high energy saving Mattiazzi obtained the environmental certification ISO 14001:2004. The chair is available in Green as well as natural, pink and grey.

Designed by Jamie McLellan, the Volley Chair certainly boasts sophistication and style without compromising on comfort. Made from flat components that are seamed together into a comfortable three dimensional form, the chair is available with 2 different bases – Four legged base or Swivel. The Green with a swivel base is sure to add a wow factor and style to your space.

Pion and Talo by Sancal
The Pion collection is inspired by chess pieces and designed by Ionna Vautrin for Sancal.  Made in Spain, the collection includes four different sizes. The base has four colours – Olive being the pick here with the tabletop being maplewood. Pair it with the Talo Armchair.  Extremely comfortable it is discreet yet distinctive in design. The feet of the chair thrust up under the fabric -reminiscent of nature like the roots f a mangrove tree just visible above ground level as they form the trunk. Designed by Sebastian Herner, the chair also comes in a two seater sofa.

Grande Arche Table and Forest chair by Fast
Don’t forget your outdoors! The Grande Arche comes in Sage green (as well as other colours) and is manufactured using Die-Casting and Aluminium alloy extrusion processes. It is solid, rust and weather resistant. Featuring sharp, bold design that’s a fusion of perfection and rigor, This table hides a retractable mechanism that permits the use of two extensions which lengthen the table to 260 cm –  it seats six but can be extended to accommodate ten.

Match it with the Forest chair. A refreshing aesthetic design that is both striking but offers unquestionable comfort. Manufactured using Die-Casting and Aluminium alloy extrusion processes. It is solid, rust and weather resistant, and of course comes in green! Botht the table and chair are designed by Robby and Francesca Cantarutti.

Tint throws and Angle cushions by Normann Copenhagen
If you aren’t brave enough or find green too overwhelming as furniture – there is the trusted accessories! The Tint throw blanket is simple and contemporary design made of 100% pure New Zealand  lamb’s wool. After the weaving process the wool is brushed, making Tint extra soft and warm.  Designed by Anne lehman this is a great option for that splash of colour.

The Angle cushions are also a great way to liven up your home and add some vibrant color. The cushion  designed by Jan Gustav Sørensen,  consists of asymmetrical textile pieces in bold color combinations. The cushions depict a certain and  fresh, quirky design of geometric shapes creating a stringent, graphic feel.

Bamboo Pendant by Forestier
The source of inspiration for Forestier’s designs was the combination of straight lines and curves found with formal gardens of Paris. Mother nature evoked a sense of elegance within his own creativity that became the influence of his work.  These principles are behind the designs by Arik Levy in honour of Forestier. The Bamboo Pendant Lights are a reflection of these materials and inspiration. The lampshade made from raphia with bamboo and a splash of either green, red or black.

Lapsus by Plust
Accessorise your outdoor area too. The Lapsus (meaning a slip of the tongue) is a clothes stand or towel rack.  Its shape is reminiscent of the typical succulent plants of the desert. Designed by Eddy Antonello and Alberto Fabbian the freestanding rack has six hangers. It can also just be used as ornamental object. Obviously it comes in green –  The metal base ensures good stability. And is Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
