The brief was not unusual for HG. Furnish a newly renovated penthouse in Bondi Beach with both indoor and outdoor products. What was unusual was the accessibility of the apartment. Built atop a historic existing art deco building, the apartment was an addition to the 1920’s building and boasted 3 bedrooms and a generous balcony.
